There is currently no animal shelter in Johnson County, Kentucky.

Whiskers Or Wags, Inc is working hard to establish a shelter and to assure that the stray, abused and unwanted animal population can be taken care of in a respectable and loving manner.

We invite you to come back often as we post photos of animals that are in need of fostering or adoption to a loving “forever home”.  We will also post updates on our progress as we procure land and start the building process for our shelter.  Plus, check out the events page to see how you can become involved in our wonderful project.
